Refund Policy


Exchange Only:

Under normal circumstances, a customer may find himself in the following situations:
  1. Wrong book delivered
  2. Print is illegible / page torn / damaged book or packaging
  3. Incomplete order
In any of the above cases, he/ she can call us directly on 080-42124242 or write to us at: ordersadmin@zenstudents.com specifying the correct issue.
Depending on the issue, Zen will immediately dispatch a new book as per your order.

Refund Only:

A student / customer is eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances: Undelivered order for more than 30 working days.

Wrong Order Placed:

In case of wrong order placed, the customer cannot claim for an exchange or a refund. He / She has to place a new order for the required new book.

Cancellation of  an Order:

Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order.

Steps to be followed to Cancel Order:

You can cancel your order by login in with your Zen Students account.

  • First login with your User ID and Password.
  • Now go to your account by clicking on My Account.
  • On your account page click on Orders tab and go to Orders page.
  • In Orders page you will see your ordered products.
  • Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it.
  • Congrats! Your order has been cancelled.

As soon as your order gets cancelled, we will initiate a refund, which can take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Does Zen Educational Technologies assure of complete refund against my cancelled order?

Absolutely! Although we must add that cancellations are not a very happy thing for us.

Help! The ‘Cancel’ link is disabled.

Well it can mean two things:
1. The order might have already been packed or shipped out.
2. Something might not be working as it’s supposed to on the website. Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll help in fixing it.
You can cancel your order before it gets packed. Cancellation is possible through the Website, App or by getting in touch with Zen Educational Technologies Team.
